Maurice Goldfoot was born July 1, 1908 to Nathan Goldfoot and Hattie Jermulowske in Portland, Oregon. He's enjoying a brief visit to the Pacific Ocean, probably at Cannon Beach in the picture. He'd take his wife and children there and then go right back to Portland to maintain his meat business. During the war he even worked in the shipyards as well as keep up his business. He died July 23, 1967 after being flown to Portland from Ontario, Oregon where he became ill.
